Shipping is from Germany. After processing your order, which normally takes approximately 5 days (a little longer for credit card orders), these are the average times your order takes to reach you:
Germany - 1-2 days
EU countries - 5-7 days
All countries overseas from Germany - 10-14 days

Damaged Merchandise
If merchandise ordered online arrives damaged or in some way defective, the item may be returned to our address no later than 14 days of the date you signed receipt for the order (we keep post office records of when orders have been received by customer). Unless stated otherwise, the following return policies apply to all items ordered online:

We will replace any damaged or defective merchandise. If the item is no longer in stock, was a limited edition or a single item, we will credit the account for the cost of the item to apply to future orders.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages
We keep records of dates sent on every order. We will inform you of the date your package was sent. We hold no liability for lost packages, or packages undeliverable because you were unavailable to receive delivery, did not leave word with your postal delivery person [or note on mailbox] of a designated neighbor for delivery or because the mailbox was too small for the package and went into a 'collections' department at the post office, etc..

Returned Packages due to 'Undeliverable' status
If your merchandise was sent with tracking number and is returned to us because you were unavailable to receive delivery, you will be required to cover the cost of re-sending the order. If you do not wish to pay the additional postage for returned merchandise, it will be treated as a 'lost' order.
